Our Customer Care Center (CCC) will determine the cause of any error or defect and will take steps to remedy to the situation In some cases, CCC will instruct you to return the product. Depending on the product, a return may not be necessary. CCC will use MySafeTag guidelines to determine if part or all of the parts of an order will be returned.
